Appointment Types
In Person Visits: Available to all patients.
Telehealth Visits: Available to patients residing in Washington state & California
Follow-Up Visits: Only for Established Patients
Payment is due at the time of scheduling the appointment. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to visits for a full refund. Visits cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be refunded minus a $75 fee.

Initial Consultation for new patients with physician for up to 60 minutes.
Review of intake forms, outside records, outside labs, and past medical history.
Development of personal treatment plan, including further testing, prescriptions and referrals, if indicated.
Includes review of results, follow up questions and treatment adjustment via the patient portal for 30 days following the initial visit.
In Person Initial Consults open to all patients.
Virtual Initial Consults limited to WA state and CA residents.
Cost: $450

A follow-up consultation with your physician for up to 30 minutes in person (all patients) or via telehealth (must be physically present in CA or WA state).
Review of previous visit, lab results, symptoms, and response to treatment/lifestyle changes.
Adjustment of personal treatment plan, including further testing, prescriptions and referrals, if indicated.
Cost: $250

Second Opinion Consultation for new patients with physician for up to 60 minutes.
Review of intake forms, outside records, outside labs, and past medical history.
Review of current endocrine diagnosis and recommended treatment plan.
Comprehensive report for patient and referring provider affirming current treatment plan or providing an alternative perspective based on review/visit.
No lab/imaging orders or prescriptions provided with this visit.
In Person Second Opinion Consults open to all patients.
Virtual Second Opinion Consults limited to WA state and CA residents.
