In Person Visits: Available to all patients.

Telehealth Visits: Available to patients residing in Washington state & California

You will receive an invoice after scheduling. Payment must be completed in order to confirm the appointment. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to visits for a full refund. Visits cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be refunded minus a $75 fee.
